I had my first taste of RPGs back in 1980 or thereabouts with basic Dungeons and Dragons. Four years later I started playing Chivalry and Sorcery 1st Edition set in a Middle-Earth variant. In 1996 Patricia and I were married and two years later Jessica was born. Having a family of our own and other interests we have little time for playing games these days -- though we do enjoy gaming when we play, particularly that C&S game that we still play on occasion. This site is for gamers like ourselves who play tabletop games involving figurines, be that wargames or role-playing games.
The internet provides a plethora of opportunities to buy most gaming products. In fact it has made the life of independent manufacturers a little easier. We enjoy discovering new Indie manufacturers and trying out their products in our games. The products that we like we sell through our internet store. We like to support small family-run businesses wherever we can -- businesses similar to our own.
2010 is going to be a big year for us. In January I experienced heart failure and I am now part way through three months of Rehab. In May, we are expecting twins. All of this means that I can only work part-time at my day job until the end of July. Who knows what the rest of the year will have in store for us?
This business is a hobby for us. We attend to orders on weekends on a first come, first served basis. Many things in our lives have a higher priority than this business at the moment and for the forseeable future. If you are worried about your order, please email us before it becomes a crisis. Occassionally we can fill an order mid-week or bring in one of our part-timers to help with casting if need be.
