We fill orders at weekends on a first-come, first-served basis. The best day to order is Thursday -- we plan our weekend on Friday. If this causes you an issue then email us -- we may be able to fill your order mid-week if we know it is urgent.

Everything listed as stocked on the website is stock we have on hand. The exception to this is plaster stock -- Hirst Arts Casts and Kits. We cast these on demand. We do this because it ensures quality -- stock that is stored tends to get damages as hands rummage through storage bins looking for particular pieces. Stock that is newly cast is inspected before it is shipped.
